Daniel M. Donahue

JD, cum laude, 1979; MA 1976; BA 1974, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Daniel M. Donahue’s practice is limited to the areas of creditors’ rights in bankruptcy and business sales and acquisitions. He is admitted to the Illinois Bar and to the Seventh Circuit. Dan is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has also been a member of the Panel of Standing Trustees for the Northern District of Illinois since 1985. As a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association, he has served as head of the Unauthorized Practice and Bankruptcy Sections. Dan has lectured for various professional associations on topics relating to changes to the bankruptcy law, changes to Article 9 of the UCC and creditors’ rights.
