Huffman's practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration and tax issues, probate, guardianships and elder law. Prior to joining McGreevy Williams, Barbara spent 15 years in trust banking, and represents both corporate and individual fiduciaries, both as executor and trustee, and frequently represents beneficiaries in estate matters. Barbara is a member of the American Bar, Illinois State, Winnebago County (Chairperson Estate Section, 1994), Women's Bar Associations (Treasurer/ Secretary 1995; Vice-President 1996), as well as the Northern Illinois Estate Planning Council (Treasurer 2000-2001). She is admitted to practice in Illinois.
